When a Down syndrome diagnosis was received for Zoe at 20 weeks pregnant, it marked the beginning of a challenging journey. After her birth, Zoe faced immediate health concerns, including the need for heart surgery. This experience ignited a passion to support other families navigating similar challenges. Zoe's Toolbox was created to empower parents with essential tools and knowledge to aid their children's development.
Currently, over 500 families are on our waiting list for toolboxes. Thanks to a grant from Project Flourish, 70 toolboxes have been distributed, along with instructional videos to guide families.
