Our Story

In 2008, Anthony Myint and Kara Leibowitz embarked on a culinary journey that sparked the pop-up movement. Their concern for the food they served their daughter led them to explore the intersection of food politics and climate change. This exploration birthed Zero Foodprint, a movement uniting chefs, farmers, scientists, and governments to revolutionize the food system.

Our Impact

Zero Foodprint has funded over 425 farm projects, awarded more than $6.2 million in grants, and successfully removed over 164,000 tons of CO2e from the atmosphere.
