Our Story

The Zachary Horton Foundation was established in memory of Zachary Horton, who tragically lost his life to opioid addiction at just 19 years old. Founded by his parents, Jim and Lynn Horton, the foundation is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding addiction and providing love, hope, and acceptance to those affected by this disease.

Our Impact

Since its inception in November 2020, the Zachary Horton Foundation has made significant strides in supporting young adults and families through education, outreach, and scholarships. Community events, such as monthly care baskets for sober living homes, have fostered a supportive environment for recovery.
