The YWCA Clinton Empowerment Center has answered over 4,000 hotline calls for those seeking services to address homelessness or near homelessness. It has provided 450 adults and children with homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing services, and offered 5,505 nights of emergency shelter due to FEMA/COVID funding.
