Yuda Bands

Our Story

Founded in 2009 by Brent and Laurie Whiting, Yuda Bands began its journey in Panama and Guatemala, inspired by the need for educational opportunities. Partnering with local missionary Daniel, the organization started by sponsoring students and selling handmade bracelets, known as Yuda Bands, to fund education. Over the years, Yuda Bands has expanded its reach to Zimbabwe, enhancing leadership and service skills among students.

Impact

Yuda Bands has paid nearly $1,000,000 in school fees, enabling youth in developing nations to access education that would otherwise be unavailable. The organization supports local artisans by providing fair-trade wages for the handmade bracelets sold to fund these educational initiatives.
