Founded in 1974 by dedicated community members, Yu-Ai Kai has evolved from a temporary center into a vital nonprofit organization serving Japanese American seniors in San Jose. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization adapted its services to ensure continued support through take-out meals and online programs.
