Our Story

Founded in 2000 as the Juvenile Justice Fund, YouthSpark is dedicated to providing real solutions for vulnerable children and families affected by the court system. Over the years, the organization has expanded its focus to include policy advocacy and research, leading transformative change in the community. Comprehensive wrap-around services are offered to address trauma and vulnerabilities for girls, boys, and LGBTQ youth in our Center.

Impact

In 2023, YouthSpark served over 180 vulnerable youth, providing 123 acts of crisis intervention and 4,432 individual support sessions. With 75% of youth attending group therapy weekly, the organization has made significant strides in preventing runaways and fostering resilience.
