Our Story

Youth R.I.S.E. was founded by a dedicated middle school teacher and a compassionate police officer in Kansas City, Missouri. They recognized a troubling trend among local youth, who felt disconnected and lost in their potential. This initiative has blossomed into a vital mentorship program, reaching youth across Kansas City, Kansas City, Missouri, Lees Summit, Belton, and Olathe. By focusing on those often deemed 'unreachable', Youth R.I.S.E. has tripled its impact in just one year, providing essential skills in leadership, teamwork, and resilience.
