Founded in the 1980s as The Dandelion, a Christian coffee house in Wichita, Kansas, Youth Horizons has transformed into a dedicated nonprofit organization. With a focus on mentoring and residential care, it has expanded its services to support young people facing challenging life circumstances. Key milestones include the establishment of the Kinloch Price Boys Ranch and the Wren House for girls, both designed to provide safe and nurturing environments for youth in need.
