About Youth Choral Theater of Chicago
Founded in 1985 by local music educators Nancy Thoren and Chris McQueen, the Youth Choral Theater of Chicago, originally known as Jubilate Choir, has a rich history of fostering musical talent. Under the leadership of celebrated choral composer Paul Caldwell, the organization flourished and evolved into the Youth Choral Theater of Chicago. Today, under the guidance of Executive & Artistic Director Andrew M. Wallace, YCT continues to inspire children from Pre-K through high school, helping them find their voices and make a difference in the world.
