Founded in 1997 by Steve Wathen and Dan Kiser in Columbus, Ohio, the Youth Aviation Adventure Program was created to help young scouts earn their Aviation Merit Badges. Over the years, the program has expanded to engage youth from various organizations, providing aviation education to those aged 12-18.
YAA has successfully implemented modular aviation education programs across the nation, inspiring hundreds of youth to explore the world of aviation.
