Established in 2010, Youth Ambassadors is a strengths-based educational nonprofit employment program dedicated to empowering underserved youth aged 14-18 in Greater Kansas City. This trauma-informed, youth-centered initiative provides a safe space for teens to learn, grow, and contribute positively to their communities.

Making a Lasting Impact

Through specialized training in Health & Wellness, Youth Entrepreneurship, Community Development, Life & Job Skills, and Creative Expression, Youth Ambassadors equips teens with essential skills. Participants engage in social emotional learning and trauma healing, leading to paid work opportunities on community impact projects.
