Since 1858, the Young Women's Christian Association has been dedicated to creating opportunities for women's growth and leadership. The YWCA Alliance branch, established in 1926, continues this mission by providing essential resources and support to marginalized individuals, particularly women and girls of color, in the greater Alliance community.
YWCA Alliance has achieved remarkable success, with 98% of participants in its Transitional Housing program securing permanent housing. Additionally, 100% of participants in the Navigators After School Program have been promoted to the next grade, showcasing the effectiveness of its initiatives.
