The Young Coaches Program was founded in 2015 by the Youth Soccer of New Rochelle Recreational Board to empower middle and high school students, especially soccer athletes, by providing them with coaching opportunities. Since its inception, the Young Coaches Program has graduated over 200 young coaches, many of whom have pursued higher education. The program equips participants with essential leadership and coaching skills while promoting community service and personal development.
