Our Story

Founded by Jennifer Baugh in 2010, Young Catholic Professionals emerged from a deep desire to blend faith with everyday work. After engaging with focus groups, Jennifer crafted a vision that resonated with many, leading to the establishment of YCP as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Over the years, the organization has flourished, expanding its reach and impact across the United States.

Supporting Young Catholic Professionals fosters a community of belonging and encouragement, empowering members to live and share their faith through their careers.
