Our Story

Inspired by faith and years of experience in healthcare and community service, Anna Marie began her journey on the streets of San Diego East County. By collaborating with local nonprofits, outreach specialists, and faith communities, she identified critical gaps in support for those experiencing homelessness. In 2018, she founded You Did It For Me, rallying a dedicated team of volunteers to create meaningful change in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
