In 2021, York Area Housing Group proudly rebranded as Affordable Housing Advocates, reaffirming a 50-year commitment to providing quality, affordable housing in York County. Through various programs, including HUD, USDA Rural Development, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, the organization has developed and managed diverse housing options for the community.

Our Impact

Each year, approximately 530 individuals benefit from our housing initiatives.
