Research For Multiple Sclerosis

Our Story

The Yellow Rose Gala Foundation was founded in April 1986 by Dee and Jimmy Wynne, inspired by Dee's diagnosis with multiple sclerosis. This gala has evolved into a significant social event in Dallas, raising over $5.75 million for MS research from 1986 to 2001. After Dee's passing in 2014, her children revived the gala with community support, continuing the mission to eliminate MS in partnership with the National MS Society.

Impact

With a remarkable fundraising record, the Yellow Rose Gala Foundation has raised over $5.75 million for MS research, including a record-breaking event in 2001 that netted over $2 million. The foundation collaborates with the National MS Society to ensure that 100% of net proceeds are directed to Progressive MS research.
