Offered job skills and on the job training. The mission is to provide economic empowermtn for the small business owner in various contruction contracting fields. We also work with low income families and businesses in low income areas. Goals of completion of over 30 projects were accomplished with 10 program candidates. On site project owners hire to narrow down a list of contractors to find candidates who meet the criteria to bid on a specific projects. Our contracting program helps owners and general contractors to determine if a contractor has the background, financing, time, and resources to handle an upcoming project. Our program builds futures and transforms lives with a dual mission: preparing underemployed women and men (promoting gender equality) for construction renovation careers and helping low income families stay in their homes. Through the program we have sponsored over 100 children with school supplies and hope to increase that number in the years to come.
