Yale Alumni Nonprofit Alliance Inc, known as YANA, began in New York City in 2011 as a small community of like-minded individuals. By 2020, it has transformed into a global network of over 8,000 members, uniting Yale alumni from various generations and disciplines. With 66% of Yale alumni engaged in the social impact sector, YANA envisions a future where every Yale alum contributes to positive change.
