XODUS INC

(a) to challenge and engage youth in athletic pursuits meant to further develop their mind, body, and spirit; (b) to challenge and engage youth in their academic pursuits meant to further develop their mind, body, and spirit; and (c) to engage in any other activities which are not inconsistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and applicable state law.
