Our Story
Founded in 1986, Wyoming Agriculture in the Classroom (WAIC) was established to enhance agricultural education for youth in Wyoming. Since its inception, WAIC has developed numerous educational resources, including the first Agriculture in the Classroom magazine, which reached 4th and 5th graders across the state. In 2011, WAIC became a self-sustaining nonprofit, dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of agriculture, minerals, and energy among students.
Impact
WAIC empowers students to become informed stewards of Wyoming's vital natural resources, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills for the future.
