Feel the Music!

Our Story

Founded in 2005, Feel the Music! emerged from the heartfelt volunteer work of musician Valerie Ghent during the 9/11 recovery. Spending eight months at the World Trade Center site, Valerie connected with families affected by the tragedy, recognizing the profound healing power of music. With support from the American Red Cross, Feel the Music! was established to provide music and art workshops that foster creative self-expression and community connection.
