Founded in 2014, The Workers Lab addresses gaps in the labor movement by fostering innovative ideas for and with workers. The organization focuses on empowering underrepresented innovators, particularly entrepreneurs of color and women, to create inclusive systems for all workers.

With a total investment of $15 million in worker-centered innovation, The Workers Lab has engaged over 3 million workers across 42 states, prioritizing support for 70% entrepreneurs of color and 60% women.
