The Work Meaningful Foundation was founded by Justin Jones-Fosu after a transformative visit to his father's home village in Ghana in 2019. Inspired by the joy of children at a local school, the foundation was established to address educational needs directly. Initial efforts included donating 90 dual desks and providing access to clean water, igniting a passion for educational improvement across Africa and the United States.
