About Worcester County Poetry Association
Founded in 1971 by Dr. Samuel Bachrach and Professor Michael True, the Worcester County Poetry Association (WCPA) has been a cornerstone of the poetry community in Central Massachusetts for over fifty years. As one of the longest-running nonprofit poetry organizations in the United States, WCPA collaborates with various organizations to host poetry events, publish the literary journal The Worcester Review, and celebrate the rich literary history of the region.
