Our Story

Woodcrest Retreat began in 1957, envisioned by a group of businessmen from the Ephrata Mennonite Church. Their goal was to create a serene retreat space for individuals to rest and appreciate God’s creation. Officially established in 1959, Woodcrest has expanded from 19 acres to 110 acres, offering summer camps and facilities that foster community engagement and spiritual growth.

Impact

In 2023, Woodcrest Retreat served nearly 2,000 youth through its summer camp programs, providing $17,200 in scholarships to over 100 campers, showcasing significant outreach and community support.
