Founded in 2016, the Clover Legacy Foundation was established to manage the capital campaign for the new 4-H Milkshake Barn at the Wood County Fairgrounds. Through generous monetary and in-kind donations from local businesses and 4-H clubs, the foundation successfully raised the necessary funds to complete this project.
