Our Story

In January 2014, Jane Finette launched a personal blog post offering pro-bono coaching to young women leaders in the impact space. This humble endeavor quickly evolved into a global movement, uniting over 220 executive leadership coaches and experts dedicated to empowering women. In 2022, The Coaching Fellowship transformed into the Women’s Impact Alliance, continuing its mission to advance women leaders in social and environmental change.
