In 1987, a group of visionary women gathered to explore a fundamental question: "What do women need most?" This inquiry led to the creation of the Woman Within program, which celebrates the unique power of women. The inaugural Woman Within Weekend® took place in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and since then, thousands of women across the globe have participated in this transformative experience. Founded by Char Tosi and established as a nonprofit in 1999, Woman Within has evolved through the contributions of countless women, each adding their insights to enhance the program.
