The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program, founded in 1997 by Jennifer Valoppi, is dedicated to empowering at-risk young women through mentorship from accomplished professional women. Starting with just 23 founding members in six public high schools in South Florida, the program has expanded nationally, positively impacting over 24,000 girls.

Women of Tomorrow has achieved a remarkable graduation rate among participants and has awarded over $8.3 million in scholarships. This demonstrates the program's effectiveness in helping young women overcome obstacles and achieve their educational goals.
