The WISE Fund champions African-descent, Indigenous, women of color technologists, funding innovative ecohealth solutions to combat climate change. With a focus on disadvantaged communities across Africa, Australia, Brazil, India, and the United States, the Fund aims to create accessible and scalable technologies that promote environmental health.
In its inaugural funding round, the WISE Fund has provided emergency and recovery grants of at least $20,000 each to seven start-up organizations led by Afro-descendant, Indigenous, women of color and allied climate impact technologists.
