Our Story
Founded in 2007 by Linda Resnick, Bobbie Gohn, and Terri Gelberg, Women International Leaders of Greater Philadelphia Inc (WIL) is dedicated to empowering women and improving their status worldwide. This diverse group of women leaders from various sectors in Philadelphia is committed to creating a future where women and their families are safe, healthy, educated, and self-sufficient.
Our Impact
WIL has supported over 50 projects in more than 20 countries, focusing on education, health, and economic development. By funding 20 village banks across 16 countries, WIL has transformed the lives of thousands of women, enabling them to become leaders in their communities.
