Women In Animation is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for gender equity in the animation, VFX, and gaming industries. By empowering individuals of underrepresented gender identities, WIA inspires excellence and justice across all facets of the industry.

Impacting Lives Through Mentorship

WIA's Mentorship Program has seen remarkable growth, expanding from 80 Mentees in 2018 to over 3,000 by 2022. An impressive 86% of Mentees report achieving their goals, contributing to a significant rise in the percentage of women in animation from 20% in 2017 to 34% today.
