Our Story

Women At Risk International was founded by Rebecca McDonald, who was inspired to advocate for the voiceless after witnessing a friend's suffering. Since its inception in 2006, WAR, Int’l has expanded its reach to all 50 states and over 40 countries, providing safe havens for those at risk.
