Our Story

The Woman's Educational Aid Association (WEAA) was founded in 1871 to promote the higher education of women. For over 150 years, this organization has dedicated itself to investing in young women of great promise but limited financial means.

Impact

By providing financial assistance, personal support, and mentoring, the WEAA enables women from economically or socially disadvantaged backgrounds to access the full range of educational experiences at Northwestern University.
