Our Story

In the fall of 2019, Jo-Ellen Erickson and Susan Price donned witch costumes and paddled on Town Cove in Orleans, igniting a community movement. What began as a whimsical gathering of 14 paddle boarders in full witch regalia quickly transformed into a vibrant celebration of creativity and community spirit. Spectators flocked to witness the spectacle, and the question arose: 'How can I join you next year?' This curiosity sparked a mission to harness that excitement for a greater good. Thus, Witches On the Water was born, creating ripples of positive change across Cape Cod.

Our Impact

Since becoming a 501(c)(3) in 2020, over $80,000 has been donated to local non-profit organizations.
