Our Story

The Wisconsin Institute for Learning Disabilities/Dyslexia (WILDD) was co-founded by Erv Carpenter, a special education teacher diagnosed with dyslexia at 32, and Kim Campbell-Carpenter. With over 30 years of experience, WILDD provides quality one-on-one coaching to students with learning disabilities, helping them succeed academically and regain self-confidence.

Impact

WILDD has helped hundreds of individuals unlock their true potential, providing a pathway to a future full of opportunity. Their programs have shown significant improvements in students' academic performance and self-esteem over time.

Why Donate?

Donations to WILDD support their scholarship program, enabling low-income children to access educational support for dyslexia and other learning disabilities. Contributions are tax-deductible and directly impact the lives of those in need, making a significant difference in their educational journey.
