The corporation is formed for the charitable purpose of aiding persons with disabilities living in New York City and its surrounding areas who are in need of assistance with the challenges posed by being disabled by providing such individuals with resourceful information, financial assistance, promoting independence and empowerment, helping obtain education and employment, and other such supportive services. The goal is to accomplish this charitable purpose through garnering support from the food and hospitality industry, including the wine and beverage industry. Additionally, raising disability awareness in the food and hospitality industry.
