About The Jenks Center
The Jenks Center opened its doors on April 2, 1978, thanks to the dedication and fundraising efforts of the Winchester community. With significant contributions from Mr. and Mrs. James Jenks, Jr., the Center has undergone two renovations, establishing itself as a gold standard among senior centers. Managed by the Winchester Seniors Association, the Center offers cutting-edge programming and events, while also housing the Town’s Council on Aging, which provides essential services such as transportation and health support.
