About the Williams-Franklin Foundation

Founded in 2014, the Williams-Franklin Foundation is dedicated to supporting Historically Black College and University (HBCU) students. Co-founders Dwight and LaShelle Franklin, inspired by their own experiences at Howard University, aim to bridge the gap for students in financial need through scholarships, mentoring, and networking opportunities.

With a commitment to education, the foundation has awarded $385,000 in scholarships to 124 scholars across 18 HBCUs, transforming lives and futures.
