Founded in 2011, the William S Hart Education Foundation was established by community advocates to bridge the funding gap in education. Serving over 21,000 students in grades 7-12 within the William S. Hart Union High School District, this nonprofit organization collaborates with the district to provide essential programs and initiatives that are not covered by tax dollars.
In response to the rising number of displaced and homeless students during the pandemic, WiSH has distributed desks and chairs to those in need, significantly boosting their confidence and academic performance. The foundation has also established wellness centers on every campus, providing safe spaces for students to relax and access vital resources.
