Our Story

Founded in 1999, Women in Federal Law Enforcement, Inc. is dedicated to supporting women in federal law enforcement. Building on the legacy of its predecessor, ICWIFLE, established in the 1970s, WIFLE aims to increase women's representation and transform the culture within law enforcement.

Impact

For over 21 years, WIFLE has worked tirelessly to change the culture of law enforcement. By increasing the percentage of women in the profession, the organization has improved responses to violence against women and reduced issues of excessive force and discrimination.
