Our Story

Wider Path Home Foundation is dedicated to addressing the historical barriers faced by African Americans and others in accessing safe, quality, and affordable housing. By uniting housing industry leaders, the foundation promotes affordable housing through education, community development, and down payment assistance.

Impact

Since its inception as a 501(c)(3) on April 4, 2022, the foundation has awarded over $2,000,000 in down payment assistance grants, helping more than 260 individuals and families achieve homeownership. Additionally, it has contributed over $30,000 to community organizations and trained 139 Loan Officers in affordable housing practices.
