Founded in 2000, Wide Angle Youth Media is dedicated to providing Baltimore youth with the tools and resources to tell their own stories. By focusing on media education, the organization has transformed the lives of over 7,790 young people, enabling them to produce hundreds of impactful media projects that address community issues.

Making a Lasting Impact

Each year, Wide Angle serves more than 400 young individuals, particularly from underserved communities. The digital media created by these students has reached over a million viewers, showcasing their voices and perspectives. The organization has been recognized nationally, including being a finalist for the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Awards.
