Founded in the summer of 2009, Why We Can’t Wait, Inc. began with an eight-week summer enrichment program aimed at empowering youth in underserved communities. With eight major programs, including the WWCW Afterschool Academy and the Cultivating Character in Millennials Leadership Academy, the organization provides a platform for youth to experience diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering hope for a brighter future.
