The Whosoever Gospel Mission was established in 1892 by William A. Raws, a recovered alcoholic dedicated to helping 'the least, the last, and the lost.' For over 116 years, the Mission has provided unwavering support to homeless men in Germantown, Philadelphia, through the proclamation of the Gospel and essential services.
