Whitemarsh Foundation: A Commitment to Conservation

Established in 2001, the Whitemarsh Foundation is dedicated to the stewardship of the Whitemarsh Valley, overseeing nearly 180 acres of preserved land just beyond Philadelphia. The Foundation promotes awareness and advocacy for open space education and preservation, leveraging its relationship with the 450-acre Erdenheim Farm, a crown jewel of the area.

Impacting the Community

Since its inception, the Whitemarsh Foundation has preserved over 180 acres of open space and led efforts to protect an additional 250 acres of Erdenheim Farm. The organization has attracted more than 115 species of birds to the Meadow Preserve and garnered support from over 440 donors.
