The White Rose Leadership Institute was established to strengthen the York County nonprofit sector by empowering exceptional leaders. Founded through the York Federal Foundation Fund, the organization has been dedicated to providing professional development opportunities since 2005.

With over $1.4 million raised for 211 participating nonprofits during the 24-hour Giving Day called Give Local York, the Institute has made a significant impact on the local nonprofit community.
