Our Story

The White Center Community Development Association was established in February 2002 by a group of fifty dedicated community leaders. Responding to the urgent need for economic revitalization and affordable housing in White Center, WCCDA has evolved to address both place-based and people-based initiatives, focusing on community building and empowerment.
